Naimisha is a Senior Information System Project Manager at Medidata who leads numerous high impact, game-changing technology implementations. With over 14 years of Portfolio, Program and Project management and leadership experience, Naimisha is also responsible for implementing business process improvements throughout the organization in order to maximize business efficiency and effectiveness. She partners with teams across the organization to ensure scalability, productivity, and all are aligned on the overall vision for growth. Naimisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. in Computer Science & Information Technology from JNTU, India. She is certified in both PMP and PMI-ACP from Project Management Institute. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and 3 year old son.
