Anthony Joyce, US Navy

Anthony Joyce is the Information and Business Systems Director for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. His 40 plus year career at NAVFAC includes the implementation of word processing and computer graphics systems, program management of Government-wide acquisition contracts, and information, project and portfolio management. As one of our deputy CIOs, he and his team oversee portals and records management, the software portfolio and its testing and certifications, a portfolio of business systems that includes mainframe financial applications, a data center and the planning for cloud migration, the rigorous investment management certification process, and IT system preparations for financial audits.
